I actually had some issues here at first and was to the point of not even wanting/liking my car anymore due to all the hassle, but then we met MASON! He not only LISTENED to my concerns, but also believed me that I was not “just spilling water in the back of the car!” We had already done some research and discovered there were a few BMWs out there with the same problem, and what the defect was. He was the first one to offer to run a HydroTest on it and see if there perhaps really was a problem with the car (which- go figure!- it was a manufactured defect!). The level of customer service that he maintained through prompt communication and accommodation was OUTSTANDING. He was genuine in his understanding and sympathetic. I could not praise him enough. We made sure to ask him to be our service rep EVERY time, and let him know that he actually made owning a BMW feel pleasant again, and because of him alone, we would consider purchasing another (what a shame he couldn’t work with us in sales, too! LOL)
I called BMW of Beaumont spoke with Taylor Snook (Service Writer). I told him I had curbed a rim and requested that he order a replacement rim for me. I called him on Monday am...The rim was at the dealership on Tuesday, Mr. Snook picked up my car from my office had the new rim installed and delivered my vehicle back to my office by 3:00 pm. Drove in because my car BMW X5 declared engine malfunction and went to low power mode and said please proceed to closest BMW dealer. BMW of Beaumont never looked at it but said I needed to make an appt. for the next day. I repeated what the car was displaying and how that when it does that it loses power and you have to pull over to clear it, even said it could cause a wreck. The response was “sorry, I can only make you an appt for in the morning”- most luxury car dealerships I have dealt with would have offered a loaner car or at least a ride home.Then my car was not ready when promised, and not one phone call to explain why!By the evening of the next day I called and left a Voicemail for Mr. Leger to ask if this was common practice for a luxury dealership that he manages. It has now been 48 hrs and not even a return call back from the manager.- maybe it’s just other luxury service centers operate on a different level and I got accustomed to them, this was my first interaction with BMW of Beaumont and of all luxury service centers I’ve dealt with so far they were the worse.The 2 stars are for Robin my service advisor, she was very understanding and pleasant to deal with, thank you Robin!****update****Mr. Leger called with his manager in the office and agreed a car should have been offered or at least a ride, and he apologized. It was a very pleasant conversation and he seemed genuinely committed to ensuring better service going forward.
