You now have a choice with the performance-oriented 2018 BMW 6 Series, as the luxurious convertible and Gran Coupe sedan models will soon be offered at dealerships throughout the country. Whichever style best suits your needs, you can count on the legendary 6 Series performance.

BMW has outfitted the 640i model with a 3.0-liter turbocharged 6-cylinder engine that produces 315 horsepower and 330 pound-feet of torque, while the 650i model comes with a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 that makes 445 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are teamed with an 8-speed automatic transmission and are available with either rear- or all-wheel drive.

Whether you opt for the sporty convertible or the the Gran Coupe four-door, you'll find that the 640i includes standard features such as touch-sensitive iDrive controller, xenon headlights, a navigation system with a 10.2-inch, a rearview camera and dynamic cruise control. The 650i tacks on 19-inch wheels, a 12-speaker, 500-watt sound system and 20-way-power front seats.

Both the convertible and the Gran Coupe showcase an athletic silhouette that is highlighted by a long hood and a crease that runs nearly the full length of the vehicle.
